What you need to know about your AAM Appointment
The AAM Cancellation Policy:
As a practice, All About Movement has a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. By booking an appointment with one of our practitioners, you agree to provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancelling or moving an appointment. Failure to notify us within 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of $40 for all private appointments. If you are cancelling or moving a group class within the notice period, a $20 fee will apply. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact reception on 07 3856 3607.
For appointments such as massages and private exercise sessions that run according to time, it is important that you are punctual for your booking. For any late comers, we will endeavour to catch up that missed time if we have the flexibility, but this is often not the case due to back to back appointments. If you are running late, please be aware that you will still be charged the full fee according to your duration booked, for example, if you are running 15 minutes late to a 60 minute massage, you will still be charged for the full 60 minute massage you had booked.
COVID Considerations:
As an essential health business, our clinic will be available for vaccinated and un-vaccinated patients. We ask that you keep in mind that in our clinic we often see higher risk demographics including the immunosuppressed. Please ensure you maintain social distancing at all times. As per the latest QLD Health Update, from the 4th March 2022, the mask restrictions have eased, however masks are still being required when in a healthcare setting. As an Allied Health clinic, the new guidelines requires you to wear a mask when in the clinic.
As a clinic, we will be keeping up to date with the ever-changing regulations and will ensure we remain in line with all government and our governing bodies’ mandates as they develop. For any rapid changes, we will keep you updated through our reminder emails and social media pages.
- Please wash your hands when entering the practice. You will find our wash station available behind reception along with hand sanitiser in the waiting room if you would prefer.
- Please avoid bringing anyone along to your appointment if you can. To ensure we can socially distance appropriately we would like to limit all appointments to just the patient, practitioner and one other person, if the patient requires.
Our telehealth appointments are available for all patients, so if you would rather not be in clinic during this time, we can schedule a voice or video call instead. If you are a close contact, we are operating in line with the government recommendations. We ask that you monitor your symptoms, and test regularly. If at any point you start to show symptoms or test positive, please contact the practice as soon as possible to change your appointment to a telehealth or reschedule your appointment to after your isolation period.
At any stage, if you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you please contact to change your appointment to a telehealth appointment or reschedule to after your isolation period. You can contact reception via phone on 07 3856 3607 or via email at reception@allaboutmovement.com.au.
