Sam graduated with a Masters of Osteopathy in New Zealand in 2012. Same is also partially blind, being born with a condition called Achromotopsia. He enjoys the hands-on approach to treatment and chose Osteopathy due to its extensive five-year education on examination, diagnosis and hands-on treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Sam has a history of swimming, being a 2-time New Zealand representative and a recipient of a Sir Murray Halberg New Zealand Sports Award. He also studied Karate and still has a keen interest in martial arts.
Sam uses a wide range of hands-on Osteopathy techniques including, deep tissue and trigger point massage, joint mobilisation, positional release, muscle energy technique, reciprocal inhibition, dry needling, and exercise rehabilitation. He also has a strong education approach to treating, believing patients need to understand their condition to effectively recover and further improve.

- Hip, sacroiliac and pelvic pain
- Upper and lower limb nerve pain
- Posture and core strengthening
- Functional stability and strength training
- Pregnancy and post-pregnancy management
He enjoys helping with complex cases and has a long term referral relationship with local GP’s, Medical Specialists, Podiatrists, Dentist, Exercise Physiologists and other health professionals.
Sam is also a member of Osteopath Panel of Assessors for the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT). He believes in upholding practitioner professionalism and ensuring the public receive the best care.
When not at work he is a busy dad, is a Marvel superhero and Star Wars nerd, tries to keep a healthy gym to potato chip ratio, and enjoys photography.
