Funds for Osteopathy
Medicare
Medicare rebates can be given for Osteopathic consultations if your GP feels you are eligible for an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan, or GP management plan. These plans are for people who have chronic conditions. Speak to your GP to find more.
Private Health funds
Most health funds will provide a rebate for Osteopathic treatment. Rebates will depend on your level of cover. You are advised to contact your health fund regarding the specific rebate amount. We have a HICAPS terminal for on the spot claiming.
NDIS
All About Movement is a supporter of the NDIS and treatment can be funded for depending on your condition and requirements. Our practitioners will write reports for your application and for ongoing funding if requested.
DVA
All About Movement supports our veterans and accept DVA card holders.
Work Cover
Osteopathy is covered by WorkCover Queensland. You do require a referral from your GP. We provide you with the necessary receipt with which you can claim back the WorkCover rebate for Osteopathic treatments.
Cancellation Policy
When you make an appointment, you will receive a 5day email reminder and a 3day SMS reminder. We appreciated it if you can please reply to these.
Please be advised if your appointment is cancelled:
- Within 48hours there is a 50% of the consult price fee
- Within 24hours there is a 75% of the consult price fee
This excludes any significant unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accidents, family support. You may be asked to prepay appointments if there is repeat late cancellations. On this we appreciate your understanding.
