What to bring

Initial Session
(60 Minutes)

In your initial session your instructor will discuss your history and goals. Some of which may have been discussed with your Osteopath or health practitioner. Your instructor will examine by getting you to performing various exercise to assess areas that need to be improved. This information is key for your instructor to tailor your exercises to your needs. They will then discuss your plan including what kind of exercises you will do and why, and how many sessions you may need. If you have been referred by your Osteopath your instructor will keep them up to date on your progress.

These are your ongoing session where you and your instructor work through your routine. As these are one-on-one, this allows your instructor to easily make changes to your routine if need be.

Follow up session
(60 minutes)

Follow-up session
(60 minutes)

We recommend these sessions for those who have a home rehabilitation program and need to go through it if they are new to the program, need closer supervision for a time or to make changes. These shorter sessions may be more cost effective for some.

It is important to understand that your body takes time to respond and adapt to exercise. You may feel some improvement quickly, but we recommend that you stick with it for at least six to eight weeks. If you are not seeing the results we want, we will make changes and possible consult your Osteopath or other health practitioner.

Please note Clinical Pilates is not relatable via a private health fund.
